The large bathroom was nice, but the shower had very weak water pressure.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my experience was seamless.

The room had a king bed, flat-screen TV, microwave, fridge, and a cozy seating area. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the fitness center with decent equipment. Breakfast included tasty options like waffles, eggs, and fresh coffee. The staff was attentive, making sure everything was stocked. Very clean and modern overall.

The Executive King Room with Sofa Bed offered decent space for relaxing with a sofa, which is a nice touch for families needing extra room. The location provides easy access to nearby attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

Unfortunately, the coffee maker didn't function during our stay, and we didn't notice the sticker asking us to request service. The pool appeared quite cloudy, lacking clarity, which was off-putting, and we found some cleanliness issues, like dust along the baseboards and trash not being emptied daily, causing us to place it in the hallway ourselves.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed swimming in the heated indoor pool and took advantage of the jogging trail nearby. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect with lots of dining options close by. Getting to the University of Rochester was a breeze, and we also caught a show at the local theater. Definitely planning to return for more fun!

One downside was the rude front desk staff during our stay. I was disappointed with how I was treated when I asked a simple question about check-out. It really affected our experience.
